Active abilities - Orochi's bow in particular

Ok, this is going to be quick:

Please, remove active abilities or make the blockable.

It is just not conceivable that me, with my Warlord in defensive position, I'm not able to block an arrow from the Orochi's bow. At certain levels that particular ability is an almost instakill even if you are protecting yourself with a big, huge, ugly shield... makes no sense.

Please, remove active abilities or make them blockable.

However, in the context of this game, that would mean that only a couple characters could block these attacks unless you establish a guard position for the feat such that all characters have a chance to block them. Doing that would effectively make ranged feats useless unless being used against "unaware" opponents. I may change my opinion after further thought, but for now i do not think this a practical approach in this game.
Totally agree, it is not that I want to block them with a shield and screw the other characters. I was setting my case as an example, the rest of your post explains (and very well IMO) what I meant with this thread.

    Thank you

My biggest problem with ranged feats is getting hit by two of them at the start of an elimination round (I still killed that Orochi by the way, lol), or getting smacked in the back of the head by a sneaky enemy while taking out another near an environmental hazard. I'm pretty sure it was an AI PK with a hand-held crossbow that did it, lol.

Iīm mostly annoyed by the insta-kill ones. I can fight with 1,5-2 bars of health, but the catapult and arrows are too much. They are also unbalanced, e.g. the Vikings simply get a molotov-coctail asthe 4th feat, while the Knights (Pugno mortis is the same, and itīs the 3rd feat!) and the Weebs get pretty much something that kills you right away. If it was meant to be that the burn causes the killing, then I have not found yet someone stupid enough to stay standing in the flames.
Also how is it that Warlord gets Passive (moderate damage), (canīt remeber name) high damage reduction, higher healthpool and a regenerate feats? I can stand without touching my controller on a point while LB keeps spamming light attacks on me without dying!!! If you donīt believe me, try it. Donīt engage, just stand there. The "Regenerate" feat will do all the work, whilesomeone keeps on hitting on you

Every direct damage feat is out of place in this game, in time everyone will realize it, even the devs I think. It is so blatant it makes skirmish and elimination look like CoD sometimes.

That said, some ranged feats are kills on healthy players, sometimes more than one healthy player. To me, that seems as out-of-place in this game as pulling out a sawed-off shotgun and blowing Shugoki's big head off! It's not very different than if the last player on the enemy team, while on heartbeat, pulled-out and killed three healthy members of your team with a hand grenade or drone strike IMO!

I won't say these feats are OP because they may be intended to do exactly what they do, but they sure do seem out of place to me. Particularly those that require support personal to position and operate artillery, e.g., catapults and massive waves of arrows. Where are these minions and why can't I kill them before they wipe my team? Can I get a set of whatever stealth/camouflage gear they are using to always be close enough and ready to fire on demand with deadly accuracy and without being detectable? I know it's a game, but some of these feats simply defeat immersion in the game.

    Good Luck!
IMO, it would make SENSE for the "defender" types to be able to block ranged projectiles and no others.

Most of them suck and make gameplay suck. As a warlord I can damage you with a heavy through your block with damage equal to a light (punch through). It sucks.

All the High damage no skill damage feats suck. People who use them suck.

The bleed effect on my berserker is silly OP, it sucks.

When I throw a firebomb at two people fighting, killing one or both - I suck.

Most of the feats simply just suck. There are a few that would be fine like the healing banner, but the instant heals suck.

I have no idea why the developers would put this amount of suck into such a good game. That really sucks.

I hope they make a pure playlist where we can play all game modes without gear and feats. If they don't it's going to keep sucking.

I actually would like to see them changed. I had an elimination match against a berserker who simply light attacked spammed without losing stamina, then ran away and threw an axe. rinse repeat. I never thought that feat would build up twice in one single duel. Felt particularly scummy. Felt good destroying them for the rest of the rounds.

Pay attention
I don't play the warlord until they fix him.

But you cannot dodge them. Just throw them when people begin an attack. No dodge.

i think just make it possible to dodge easier like it show that their locked on, but i get pissed when a beserker throws 2 axes at me in one fight in elimination while running away in between. like wtf that shouldnt happen
