Until now i thought that weapons have an individual ammo pool...nope
I just equipped my HTI and my G28 together. When i shoot my HTI i also use up the ammo i have for the G28...which kinda makes no sense.
Its not even the same type of ammo, the only thing they have in common is the "Sniper Rifle"
The HTI is a .50cal, the G28 is .308. There is no reason for them to share the same ammunition.
The Division is no where near realistic while Wildlands was marketed as being a realistic tactical shooter. Which means they absolutely should have each weapon using it's own ammunition pool. There should be no way to swap weapons on the fly in the middle of nowhere. To change out weapons you should have to be at a cache point. Basically they had to get the game released and cut corners.
I agree, but I'm not going to let ammo deter me from having fun, and I'm having a lot of fun playing this game. Just enjoy it for what it is guys. a game thats taking up a large amount of our time.
Truth is, you can sit back and nit pick any game to death, but its just not worth all the time and effort to do so.
