Would I get the same content as the Gold Edition if I bought the season pass separately? Just wondering if it comes with the deluxe edition content too?

Deluxe Edition is one thing, Session Pass the other. Gold Edition just combines both. So you will be missing Deluxe "content" when buying only the Session Pass.
But take a look whats inside if u want that. Some are happy some arent. Your joice.
