I had the same issue on my xbox yesterday. I then started a match and after that the new orders had appeared, so hopefully you just have to wait a little bit as well.

Ok, that's pretty annoying :/
Hope it will be fixed for you soon, I only had the issue for a couple of minutes yesterday. Have tried turning your console off and on again or something like that? Not sure if this will help but it's worth a try I guess.

Anyways, try restarting ur PS4, it worked for me
