    Has Ubi resolved the missing Gold Edition content issue?

    Just wondering since we are now at Day 3 of the game and I personally haven't received the 5% permanent boost and season pass (I have all the deluxe edition content).

    P.S. On a separate note, my codes for the 4 patches on the GR:W rewards page are NOT working still.

    I have not seen a fix yet, as I am still missing my season pass on PS4. I would really like some communication on what is happening.

    Aint got my gold edition content either on xboxone. It even says its "standard edition". Okay accidents happen, but by now there should have been official word about this, at least let us know that they are aware and working on this issue or whatever.

    Please contact our support team for assistance on this. Make sure you let them know your platform, and if possible also send them a proof of purchase with your ticket.

    I tried this and got no-where. Don't suggest customer's do this unless it gets us results.

    They are currently experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. They are getting to everyone as soon as they can. If you send in a screenshot and a proof of purchase along with your platform in your ticket, it will help to speed up the process a bit.

    Unusually high? Correct me if I'm wrong here but this was a huge issue with the For Honor release as well. And in monitoring those forums, some users still didn't have their content after a week of release.

    Don't say "unusually" as if this is a one-off, isolated incident.

    I had all my stuff day one. Then day two it removes my permanent xp boost. Still missing as of now. My friend on the other hand hasn't had got any season pass content or the pass itself. We both bought gold edition at same store at same time. Ubisoft will not even acknowledge it's an issue when talking to them.
