Just wondering since we are now at Day 3 of the game and I personally haven't received the 5% permanent boost and season pass (I have all the deluxe edition content).
P.S. On a separate note, my codes for the 4 patches on the GR:W rewards page are NOT working still.
Please contact our support team for assistance on this. Make sure you let them know your platform, and if possible also send them a proof of purchase with your ticket.

They are currently experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. They are getting to everyone as soon as they can. Don't say "unusually" as if this is a one-off, isolated incident.
I had all my stuff day one. Then day two it removes my permanent xp boost. Still missing as of now. My friend on the other hand hasn't had got any season pass content or the pass itself. We both bought gold edition at same store at same time. Ubisoft will not even acknowledge it's an issue when talking to them.
