Survey - Connection issues - Help the devīs out

Please answer honestly so we can get an accurate measure on where the problem lies.

I have split it in two categories

    • few connection problems - I personally experience less than 5% of my games with issues regarding connections.
    • frequent connection problems - for me that would be like over 20% disconnects (itīs hard to fix a number because people tend naturally to estimate the count of issues higher than they actually are)

If you feel like you are having big connection problems, please leave your

    ISP
    Bandwith
    Router Setup
    System
    Location
    Failure Code

    in a commentary below.

    disconnects are
-50% or higher in 4v4 modes
    -5-10% in duels and brawls.

Disconnect numbers were too high at launch but now after this update 4v4 game modes are almost unplayable

my bandwidth is fine and all that. its your code or servers thats the issue. i have changed nothing with my internet since launch. Also my NAT type should be open but in for honor in moderate. I live in australia

It seems to happen 3 out of 5 games in 4v4 modes, usually multiple people get kicked in the match. 2v2 and 1v1 seems fine. It has increased 10 fold since the last patch.

Only issue's I seem to have is when I am playing against someone from far and wide in the world.

I only play 1v1 really so that probably has a bearing on results as well.

If I'm having problems I can usually check the scoreboard and see 1 or more players with their connection indicator constantly changing from green to yellow to red and back again.
    Mine is rock solid.
Also the classic someone rage quits leading to Connection Lost or Network Error.
I don't think any of the problems I have are because of my set up, and are purely down to the appalling P2P set up and how fragile the connection is to other players.

weird that (with this low of data points) green nat seems to have most issues?
Could it be that when you are not matched with strict nat guys, you are less having disconnects?

Green NAT north america 124mbps tested down 24mbps up. And I've had very very few issues. Once every other day I'll get dropped when multiple people leave mid game. Sometimes tho everybody drop around me and I stay lol.

My biggest issue with matchmaking was when my friends still played an we only had 3 pll in group we could never get in a lobby, bring in a 4th and no probs, finds a lobby in seconds. But 3ppp nah u guys cant play with just 3.
