Valk is just fine. Its you who is unable to stop them. Their light attacks are VERY easy to parry and readable, esp the top light. Just get some practice and you will stomp them eventually.

There is definitely something wrong. Im 100% sure i block in time, as soon as red indicator shows up yet i still get hit by Valk light attack spam.
