This shows slightly higher player numbers than three other old titles. It's a comparison that doesn't actually convey any information relating to the success or lack thereof of The Division. Are you trying to say that The Division is a healthy title? It may be, but this graph doesn't prove it, or even give a hint that it is.
Since a week in Aug is highlighted, it would be more appropriate to say it came in 2nd during that time, though it has had spikes since then.

As for Overwatch can't find peak player numbers but found and article where they have this( Update October 12, 2016: After just a few months released, Overwatch's player count has reached 20 million ) that figure has now gone upto 25 million total players.
