I'm having a same problem! Also once I successfully activated the ability of a deployed medic drone. I'm unable to deploy any drone or using binocular any longer, either I have my character committed suicide or just back to lobby/main menu to fix this. I've have restarted the client, reinstalled the game twice, verified cache file but no luck on that. This problem was found two days ago. It gets frustrated over time as I sank too many skill points on medic drone.

THIS! THIS! THIS!!!!! I hate this bug. Defeats the entire purpose of scouting and planing your attacks out once this happens. A work around me and my friends found was if the entire team wipes you can use your drones again. Not sure why this work but it does.

i have the problem so often not only while i jump with parachuting .... its after i fly with a helicopter or after using the drone with emp then i need to restart the game really bad

HI guys I have encountered this issue three times twice before the latest patch and last night. I was revived by a player online and then i can't select binoculars or drone I tried changing weapons going into load out from pressing (I) still no joy. I have exit the game session and join again to get it to work.

This happens to me, after doing pretty much anything. Shows up entirely random, it seems.

Getting out of a car can trigger it.
Getting out of a plane/heli can trigger it.
Going prone can trigger it.
Ending drone time early can trigger it.

I've hardly used my parachute, so I can't say anything about that.

Same. Its start then i open EMP dron model.

Bug begins if you "sit \ get out" the helicopter. (I tested only a small helicopter, which can be called through the rebels).
Can be fix if "sit \ get out" any other transport (not a heli).

P.s. I have suspicions that all actions that can block the operation of the drone can trigger this bug.

if i press the y for the drone there is a little sound if i have the bug
