no critical intal in Malca

Always is in the title... I go to Malca, Bowman talk to me about El Chido and no intel to unlock mission are appeared in my tac-map i search in all the region and nothing.

How can i fix that?

Im having the exact same problem on PS4!
I've even watched YouTube videos on where the intel is, gone to the location, found the intel but can't interact with it.
I'm just going to do other areas first and hoping it'll get fixed in the next update.

J'ai une solution (i make the English traduction later, i don't have the good word now, i need to do some research).
En jouant avec un ami qui n'avait pas ce bug.
Il a pris l'intel critique (que je ne pouvait pas utiliser)
puis on a fait la mission associer ensemble
puis miracle les intels ont poper sur ma map!

I have one solution.
When playng with a friend or an other player who he don't do the region (maybe it's working if he play again a mission, i d'ont try)
He take the critical intel (which i don't see and can't interact with it)
Then we do the mission wich is associate with the intel
And miracle, critical intel are appeared in my tac-map.
