Everything works just fine in the game except after I play the game for an hour and exit and turn the game back on, the save game file is gone I have to replay the game all over again.

I am sorry to hear that you are having the issue with your save games. To help us investigate this issue, could you provide us with a copy of the affected save file?

The easiest way to provide us with them would be through a support ticket, which you can create on our support site here.

The default location of these saves for both Steam and Uplay are as follows:*

Uplay PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \1771

Steam PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<account_id> \3559

If you are unable to attach a file because it is too big to attach, please compress the file into a .zip folder using a program such as Winzip which is free.

Once it's uploaded, could you let me know your ticket number and I'll make sure to pass it on.

Hi and I am glad to have found you on the net. My problem is this, and it sounds common... when I play Ghostcon Wildlands on my PS4 I save my progress using the Tecmap but when I return - even in a few minutes - there is no save and does this ever tick me off when I am well into the game. Is there a way to save and recall my progress on my PS4É Thank you

However, do a search on the subject of PS4 and save game files and you'll find posts on the subject regarding what it will take to save your game files.
