Please contact our support team in regards to this. Make sure you let them know what platform you purchased the game on, and send them a screenshot of your receipt if possible.
Also this issue is no where to be found on their List of issues/bugs they have with this game.

No they can't. I tried support and other than having to jump through a horrendous amount of hoops to prove I purchased the game they have provided absolutely nothing. This is a system wide issue that you need to address publicly and quit dodging the issue. It would also be nice if you would quit giving us the run around and fix the problem.
