And here I thought For Honor couldn't **** up more

I've been through it all: Disconnection errors, Easy Anti-Cheat errors, a game with no enemies (not even bots), screen-freeze, Synchronization never finish loading (which forces me to manually close For Honor (alt+F4 won't work)), and me killing an enemy but the enemy then comes back to life because I killed him right before the host left (he ended up killing me after that, btw). Oh, and lets not forget the ridiculously long matchmaking queues and the unbalanced teams.

I thought, well, it cant get worse than this. To my surprise, I was wrong.

Here's a screenshot of what my gameplay currently looks like:

PC problem, i'm sure this is on your end or a LOT more people would be affected.

Like any PC gamer that has been around the block will tell you...re-install, check your drivers, make sure GFX is up to date, verify you meet sys reqs, do a ram check, etc etc.

Not just a PC problem. Had it happen to my friend and myself. I ended up just leaving and starting the client up again and it repaired itself.

    I should've written "hardware problem".

Any chance your XBOX is at risk of over-heating? Because it looks like pretty classic RAM or GFX failure occurring there. Simply put, it's not the game code or this kind of thing would be reported far more often.
