in the mission radio santa blanca, i can't scan the rooftop antenna with the drone, i was able to scan it the first time but i died or was shot and was taken out of drone mode. i have not been able to scan the rooftop antenna since and currently unable to procceed with the pucara zone story.

Make sure you get very close to the antenna.

Mine wouldn't work until I was literally sitting right on the antenna portion that said scan - it's an open spot right in the middle of the four antenna posts towards the top.
