Every game should be great out the box. This is not a new company and have had many chances to fix flaws in games. Look at what EA is doing with their frostbite engine. The games are beautiful and runs on very high setting on lower end game. Every game should be optimized for Nvidia 7 series and up for ultra setting starting at 1080p 60fps. Then 9 series 1440p 60fps and 10 series 2160 60fps. That make so much sense. If consoles can get stable 1080p 60fps on their one gpu that is 5 to 6 years old and my gpu cost more that their whole console it doesn't make sense. I have a $4,000 gaming rig and I can't play at 1080p 60fps when a game launches that is crazy. PC players deserve the best. We spend 10 times more than console players but get the shafted on quality.
Yeah, agreed - amazes me that even top of the line systems struggle so much with this game. Some of the bugs\problems are inexcusable, too - seems almost like an Early Access or (still) beta, to me.
Considering that I'm rocking two EVGA gtx 1080 FTW hybrids in sli and I can't get above 15 fps at 4k on ultra or better than 40 in 1080p and the game was bundled with the cards I feel just plain insulted at this broken crap.
What the hell is going on with GRW.. I was playing all yesterday and most of the night with my mate at a near on rock steady 60fps, as long as we stayed away from built up populated areas.
Now today I can't even play. My RAM is filled to the brim !!
All 12 giggers
RX 480 8gb, i5 4670K stock. Was 16gb, but one stick died a long time ago. Never had any issues since.
I had better performance in the open beta a week ago than I do now. I could run ultra with selected things off or turned to VH at 80fps. Now it struggles to stay at 60fps
I have a i7 6700K @ 4.6Ghz, GTX 1070 highly OC'd, 16 gigs of 3000mhz ram, SSD on W10 64 pro. It's the draw distance and level of detail. Anything under Ultra or VH looks the same, and even then LoD at VH is only about 15 meters and things start popping in and out of existence.
First off, that's not how any of this works. At all. The hardware series aren't simple linear steps up from each other and there are multiple models within each series. So, saying that a 7 series should do X and a 9 series should do Y is just simply ignorant.Originally Posted by SHAI1976 Go to original post
Secondly, the cost of any particular gaming system is completely irrelevant when talking about its capabilities.
Lastly, if you spent $4k on a PC you got massively ripped off. There's no nice way around that one. A top of the line gaming PC isn't going to cost much more than half that much. So, chances are you bought a pre-built PC. Which is, to be blunt, only something that the computer illiterate have been doing for the last decade. Build your next rig, you'll save thousands of dollars and you'll learn a thing or two.
Tho im getting between 55-60 fps in the benchmark with my 980, the game really doesn't feel smooth at all.
Look like thoses early access devs didnt even bothered to fix the camera rotation beeing not smooth at all. During beta even at like 80fps + the game didnt felt smooth AT all because of that.Originally Posted by Sylencer90 Go to original post
Guess it doesnt worth spend any peny on that game. Cant stand such crap optimization, look like thoses guys succeed to do worse than Assassin Creed unity...
