Anyone have a chance to run Afterburner or task manager and look at Ram usage? Mine starts at 3gb and rises to the full 16gb by the time I can load a save. For the record, no other game does this, and when I shut down GRW, usage goes back to normal. Seen quite a few posts with the same issues I'm having (3-4 second pauses in gameplay, erratic framerates) it's got to have something to do with the leak.

Current Nvidia drivers.

Mine was doing this too but I have since moved load to OS drive and have gotten rid of most of my issues now if I can get the random crash and HQ isssues resolved I'm peachy oh and I have almost same rig except for my R9 280x

Yeah that's insane. there's no way GRW uses 24gb of ram. (and I have both OS and games on the same SSD) UBI?? Response?? (I have a case open as well)
