I waited in chat this morning to see if there was an update on the missing season pass problem on PS4 (and other platforms). I explained to the lady and provided screenshots of the fact I purchased the gold edition, redeemed the code and it didn't have the season pass in with the other DLC. She wanted me to delete my game and re-download it. I explained to her that this would not help because it's not showing I own the season pass. If I re-installed the game and the content I would be in the same boat. She proceeded to close the chat and tell me she'll e-mail me.
TL: DR - Don't waste your time in chat trying to get your issue with the missing content fixed, they can't help you even if you provide them with every screenshot they should need to understand the issue.
