Collector's Edition - Still No Game!!!

I preordered the Collector’s Edition several months ago. Paid $119.99 for the extra items and THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THE GAME ON THE RELEASE DATE!!! Yesterday I received a box with the statuette and some posters, but no game (and no, it wasn’t in the bottom of the box in a secret, hidden compartment). I spent about 8 hours trying to contact someone, anyone, and get some answers. I waited on my computer for 3 hours to chat with an agent. When I finally got the opportunity to chat with someone I spent another hour trying to get some answers. The agent must have been chatting with several other people because I waited 5 minutes between replies. In the end, they told me there was nothing they could do. They could not or would not give me an access code because, “We are all out of Xbox access codes.” They were unable to tell me when – or even if – I will be getting my game. They said it might have shipped separately but somehow they were unable to provide me with a tracking number or any other relevant, helpful information. The packing slip from Technicolor Distribution in Tennessee says nothing about a second shipment. I even tried call the phone number on the packing slip but to no avail. Now it’s Wednesday and still nothing. I took yesterday and today off work so I could enjoy the game I have waited 4 years to play. No one has called me, emailed me, etc. I have no idea what’s going on. I have posted this in all the forums to see if anyone could provide me some insight. I ask you: What’s the point of prepaying for the Collector’s Edition when you can’t play the game along with everyone else on the release date? At the very least someone from Ubi could do me the courtesy of a response beyond, “We are working on it.” I even sent a copy of my confirmation email to one of the Ubisoft moderators in this forum. I must say I am sorely disappointed in the way that this has been handled. This is no manner in which to conduct business. I hope those of you that did get the game are enjoying it. It looks to be a lot of fun.

From the looks of things, and how their only reply is "We're investigating"...it looks like they somehow FORGOT to include the game in the collectors editions and are probably scrambling to mail them out to everyone right now. You guys are probably going to be waiting a good 3-4 days minimum for them to be shipped and ****.

I can't believe they dropped the ball so hard, forgetting some DLC stuff is one thing...forgetting the actual game? Yikes...So glad I went Digital.!
