The radio is so awful. The writing is absolute garbage... and on top of that there are only about 5 sketches that repeat constantly. I don't know what the deal with Ubi's writers are or why Ubi thinks this stuff passes even the minimum standards of quality to be included in a multimillion dollar entertainment product.
But by far the worst aspect of the radio is that it is unavoidable. Every settlement has multiple radios blaring this repetitive awful garbage out constantly. If I hear "MI MADRE SAID I WAS A BOSSY WOMAN!" one more time I'm going to lose it completely.
Please for the love of god Ubi let us disable all radios in the game.
there are many people complaining that the radio is annoying for several reasons, but i think it is worth pointing out, that the writing is indeed grotesquely bad.Originally Posted by FlyinJ Petrol Go to original post
when i heard the radio, especially the interview bits, i had a real wtf moment. did they try to copy the satire of gta? well, they did not succeed and even if they did, it would still feel compeltely out of place for a gost recon game.
best way and easy fix would probably to put more music on the stations, so it's less repetitive and you don't have to hear the cringy interview-bits so often...
I agree. Please let us disable it.Originally Posted by FlyinJ Petrol Go to original post
YES YES YES YES YES YES A MILLION TIMES YESSSSSS. The radios are so annoying, the DJ is terrible, most of the music is terrible... every outpost or town I go into, the first objective of the mission (for me) is to find and shoot all the radios so I can f'ing concentrate on the real mission. I can't hear myself thinking when those radios are chattering... it's torture...
