I purchased 2,400 premium credits for $19.99 plus tax on March 2, 2017 and still have not received them. I opened a ticket 36 hours later and have yet to receive any response whatsoever. I included in my ticket a photo of the purchase receipt, time and date of purchase, xbox one gamertag, etc. and STILL NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT! Please help! Case number is 04479602. At this point I feel as if I have been robbed by ubisoft support. This experience has been horrible and as a consumer who likes to help support products that I like I am very disappointed.
Same thing happened to a bunch of us, it even happened with my Last Stand purchase so I havent been able to see what its about.. No disrespect or shade towards Ubi but there is no indication on Xbox they are having problems with this and their support is not able to help us right now. They do not know how to fix this, hence all the replies they give saying "we are working on the issue."
Im sure they will fix it eventually, but its unfair for customers to give money without receiving product immediately, UNLESS of course their is fair warning there are issue and it may not work, which they have not done yet.
