    Stamina penalties are clearly flawed.

I like this game, but it's not as good as it could be and I foresee the game being changed sooner rather than later. Stamina and exhaustion needs a lot of work and I bet it's already being looked into. Being able to dash endlessly and even guard break counter during exhaustion is a bit of a stretch considering that when you attack while exhausted you have to wait a short while before being able to attack again. Watching people dash away repeatedly while being exhausted is confusing...I mean, if you've depleted your stamina, how can you continuously dodge around? Naturally when someone is exhausted, players move in for a guard break, but if a player knows how to guard break counter, they can do that too while being exhausted. Again, nonsensical!

I don't have the solution to this problem. I don't know how to balance being exhausted as it is now with being exhausted and basically having the fight be over, but as it is, it doesn't make a lot of sense. Also, I'm wondering if there could be a game mode that doesn't allow feats to trigger. Sort of like a core vs hardcore mode, as things are, there are too few options in how to play this game (It's basically duel or get ganked in Deathmatch/Dominion.

My prediction is that the game will be changed sooner rather than later, but not before they lose a lot of players due to frustration and games like Ghost Recon Wildlands, the new Mass Effect and what not will pull away players.

I'm looking forward to this game getting better.

Yeah dodging should not be possible when out of stamina. It is to easy to go in and spam until you're out and then just dodge away. If you can't dodge you can still defend yourself with block and parry.

Fixing it is a bit problematic however ad it will make classes that drain your stamina much more powerful and the feat that does the same will really be overpowered.

At least when you get constant bashing by a warden or conqueror , raider or warlord ,get thrown to walls etc.Dodging away to recover stamina is the only way to survive .Other wise you will be forced to witness your own destruction in like 5-6 second.A counter gB will drain your stamina and even if you counter the GB you will still have to dodge back to regen.

Yeah I mean if you're out of stamina how could you even defend a massive club from the shugoki, I mean that requires even more strength than pushing someone off of you!
We need to make people who are out of stamina completely defenseless and punish them for not micromanaging their stamina to the single digit percentages!

People having no options when they run out of stamina would kill the game. Players would use tactics that drain stamina and then it'd be game over. I don't know the answer to this problem, but there has to be a happy medium.

Hopefully you noticed it was satire. On a more serious note, I think it's fine the way it is. There are characters that do extremely well with the defense heavy meta, dodging is just part of that.
Being without stamina makes it so you can't be on the offensive anymore but all your defensive options are still there. It's mainly there to ensure that the opponent has a chance to regain their footing and initiate his own offense. And if you change it so people can't tech a GB when their stamina is drained, what's stopping the other from instant killing you into a trap or a ledge? Isn't it the same thing as just forfeiting all forms of defense?

One thing is for sure: You shouldn't be able to spam dodge back 20 times in a row if you are out of stamina. It should either temporarily halt your stamina regen, or you should have a limit so that if you dash twice while out of stamina, you can't do it again until you fully regen or something. That way you get punished for trying to spam it.

I hate when I play against a peace keeper, they run out of stamina and they just literally mash back dash until they are on the other side of the map. It looks freakin stupid, it makes no sense, and it is one of the scummiest things in this game. People rely so much on that crap, and its annoying because you can't punish it.

I would say that possibly the dashes need to be made slow enough that you can easily be caught while trying to use it as an escape option, but fast enough that you could still avoid a shield/shoulderbash/headbutt if you time it right.

The double back-dash (the one that makes the most distance) does indeed reduce stamina and halts the stamina regen. Often enough I can just time my back-dashes just right to avoid the double and people don't really run/chase. You can definitely chase someone that does normal back-dashes, I know from experience.
