I entered a cave under the water in the P.N area, for a hidden medal. (hidden druglab or somthing)

There is a blinding light inside that cave, where ever u go, that u cant see at all. I managed to navigate trough with the thermal vision to take out the guys inside.

I suspect i might been the bloom of the game. It was hard to tell what i was, it came trough the sealing, and it was the same effect as the bloom when going out or in to the cave. Just that somthing did go very wrong and the bloom got 1000x effect. so all i can see inside there was pure blinding white light, that i could filter out with thermal vision.
