Just received a Xbox from my wife a few days ago. She purchased it here in Japan where we currently live. So of course i picked the location when setting it up for the USA, language (English) , and region again the US. Then i decided to get for honor, but the matchmaking is literally taking me 10 to 15 min. Do not know what the issue is and why its taking that long, or if it has something to do with that fact that when i am in matchmaking its going from my region to all regions. I read somewhere that users might encounter connectivity issues when grouping with players from other regions. But I don't know how to change that. help please

Are you on a military base or off-base? (Yes, I know all Americans don't live on bases. I used to be both.)

I ask because on base might LOOK like it's in the United States to the rest of the world network wise.

If you live outside of a base, you probably need to set your region to Japan.
