Global leaderboard points not being awarded | Forums

Hi,

I've been meaning to post this for several weeks now, just not got round to it. My global leaderboard points seem to be stuck on 187,295,759.

It started when I first ran The Assumption for the first time, I noticed I wasn't awarded any points, then the same thing happened when I ran Peace Hammer. Left it for a few days before trying some older tracks over the last few weeks. So far I've improved Lost Race Track, Broken Skull (twice), Flooded Highway, Pipe Basin and Frog Village, none of them have added any points to my global score, though my times are recorded.

Anyone else have this issue? or know how to 'unstick' my score?

On iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.5.

Edit: This is the standard leaderboard only. Donkey leaderboard is working fine.

I actually worked out what was happening and have now been receiving points again. The problem was the game thinking I was on less points than I actually was. I doubt I'll ever get back the points that were lost re-reaching my previous total. Bonxy's betaboard is more accurate for me: http://trials.bonxy.net/betaboard&pl...=android&show=

Thanks CagBall, missed that thread... I should have searched!!
My points never change though, not up or down, whether I get the hall of fame pop-up or not.

I discovered yesterday that the Crazy bike global score doesn't change either, here's the numbers;

Standard
In-game - 187,295,759
Bonxy - 184,034,786

Donkey
In-game - 150,855,259
Bonxy - 182,798,563

Crazy
In-game - 71,673,701
Bonxy - 73,869,240

This would suggest that the game thinks I've got more points than I should have for the standard leaderboard (always thought I was higher than I should be), but I'm lower than what I should be for both the Donkey and Crazy. Which doesn't really align with the Donkey being the only one working.

Are you saying that your points behave normally now, even though your total score isn't correct?

I have 12 tracks with no time (don't have the midnight club ones, and missing pieces for 3 of the 4 KTM track rewards), not sure whether to just run them anyway now, see what happens if my Bonxy score surpasses the in-game score. It will be a lot of points missing if doesn't change though!!

Uninstalling the app and re-installing seems to have got my score working again, could also have been the new update that sorted it though.

Ran the remaining tracks I have, and got scores as follows;

Fair Winds - 251664 (18.382)

The Assumption 0.372 improvement - 7915
Peach Hammer 0.116 improvement - 2672

Lost Descent - 817375 (17.305)
Bayou Boatride - 764714 (20.382)
Root Canal - 755372 (21.269)
Crystal Crossing - 797750 (21.708)


Apart from Fair Winds, everything else looks normal. So I guess I've permanently lost the 773,787 and 800,167 Bonxy shows me having received from The Assumption and Peace Hammer.

Just leaves Plant Food, Peacefull Pummel, Dark Smoke (all missing track pieces) and the 4 Midnight Club tracks (Fenland, Lollygagging etc) if they ever show up again.

Could be worse.
