I have the Problem that my Preorderd Ghost Recon: Wildlands haven't been delivered yet.

I haven't got the game or a mail with tracking number.
Just my Preorder bonuses in an email and another email that said that i would get a mail when the Package had been handed over to the delivery service.

I'm a bit angry already, why should i preorder if i don't get it on release date?

I'm in the same position, pre-ordered collectors edition, website said it would be delivered Day1. I contacted support yesterday, they didn't have much info to give me, apart from it hasn't shipped from the 3rd party warehouse to the delivery company yet. This has really put me off pre-ordering again from ubisoft store

I never recieved my game. All I got was the Figurine and Poster. I ordered the Collectors Deluxe Edition. Customer Service is GARBAGE. They have no clue or idea when the game will ship. Saying it ships separate from the stuff. Uh REALLY? **** UBISOFT. I was never stated. I didnt pay $170 for a stupid figurine and posters. Plus I better get all my extra content with it. Ryan C from Customer Service is a ****ING IDIOT. I see why they stopped talking phone calls, because there clueless *******s that dont know ****. I had my claim ESCALATED to a Supervisior and still waitting for a reply. I feel your pain brothers. Im ordering from Amazon better. I feel like sending all this **** back and gettting a refund and buying off Amazon.
