since the patch I do not have any control over my characters. I will have enemies approach and go for an attack. I move the right stick in the direction of the attack and just stand there, taking the damage. for the next incoming attack I might try to evade back by double-tapping X while holding the left stick in the appropriate position, I stand there and take the damage. so by this point I have tried to block and evade incoming attacks with no luck and my character is almost dead. I move in to attack, inputting the button presses to chain an attack and get the enemy to back off. I still have almost full stamina. but nothing happens. I stand there and watch the enemy move in to attack, but strangely enough I don't die because my health was replenishing a bit as I stood there. by this point I am beginning to mash buttons to try to get any kind of a response. after all of the timed responses I tried to get pushes the correct buttons to parry incoming attacks and to try to counter, to end up mashing buttons to get my character to do something, I finally begin to attack as my enemy rushes in and finishes my off with a combo.
what the hell just happened?! in the days leading up to this patch I was having fun, learning different move sets and playing the story. I begin to step into the multiplayer arena, feeling confident with my new skills to take on other players and I can't move!!
