On Xbox One, the only problem I'm having that you listed is the character customization thing. Simply close your game and reboot, your guy won't be stuck behind the menu anymore.

The other stuff...haven't experienced that.

Delete a save game... do you mean to delete game data from PS4 to start all over again? I believe that you can go to the PS4 set up to delete GRW data, so you can start all over again?
