Got an email with a code to redeem the preorder content with my game. I then got this email

HELLO ,
THANK YOU FOR REDEEMING YOUR CODE FOR THE PERUVIAN CONNECTION ON PS4. YOU WILL RECEIVE A KEY TO UNLOCK YOUR CONTENT AT LAUNCH.

However that email never came .... ???

Likewise I have not had the email with the code, but I am simply assuming that due to the launch yesterday everything went a little wrong

I never even got an email with a redemption code, I just assumed it would be part of the game. Is that how it was supposed to work for everybody? You get a redemption code from the seller, you enter that code into Ubi's site, then Ubi is supposed to send you an activation code to use in the game?
