Done all the guides for the fix(Ports,Firewall,Host list and more) nothing works! So whats the next step?

I had this for one night only, and did what you did to try and fix it and nothing worked. turns out it was the isp and was ok next night ! contact isp maybe

What do you mean by this? Should I contact my internet provider to do this?

EDIT: i feel like an idiot lol. I guess I will contact my internet service provider aka ISP ;p
