First time playing no issues second time had serious FPS stuttering | Forums

I play on high graphics. I have a Nvidia gtx 970 16GB of ram and Intel quad core i7 4970 CPU.


My first play through lasted 3 hours. During this i had absolutely no FPS issues.

I load it up the next day and whenever my character moves about 60 metres the game stutters from an FPS drop and a loading symbol appears in the bottom right.

Any reason why?

It's making my game experience much worse.

Since many have this issue Im starting to wonder if its gameworld/server related.

Same here checked usage and both my 970 and i5 4590 are 100 % even on medium settings to ultra

Exact same as me. No matter the graphics setting it uses up ALL of my CPU power every time i load a new area of map. That's ridiculous.
