    Captured enemy

What can you do with the enemy captains after you capture them? The ones with the cowboy hats. I have captured a few of them by I can do nothing but knock them out and when I brought them to a hideout, knocked out and not knocked out, and moved them towards the door, and I was expecting to be able to do something. But no options came up, was hoping for some minor information or maybe a some pile of resources getting marked.

You can interrogate them for information about Skill Points, Weapon Cases, Supply Points, and Rebel Ops missions - only if you haven't already discovered all of them, or revealed them on your map by interrogating someone else or using intel before hand.

So, if you have captured someone and there is no interrogation option, it means that you've already gathered all the necessary information on that province.
