    Ubisoft, fix this asap!

    To the developer!

    Gripes with the game!

Ive been an avid follower of Ghost recon since launch and bought every sequal that came out.

    But this?, well

    Really bad!

    1. Cant jump, dont call this an open world if you cant reach places like climbing a mountain or rooftop. What youve done is put simple, creating chokepoints that kind of scripts how people tackle problems, instead of giving them tools to explore other ways to approach and engage.

    Really bad,

    2. No combatroll, whats up with this?, have you even observed any types of Special forces / ATUs in action, a roll are not just for show you know, it has a function but you seem not to grasp the idea behind it.

    Totally idiotic!

    3. Helos / Sights, Who came up with this idea to have armed helis with no sights?, its like giving a blind person a flashlight. Works but kind a stupid. And whats up with the steering?, camera does not track the helo in which way you turn. Its of axis by a mile and a half.

    Brainfart!

    4. No team customization, why even bother to spec out a teammember if they can not be streamlined to a specific need or function. Did you guys even played the former GR or Rainbow Six games? Look at the teams, some people like the individual idea as well as the team uniform customization. Maybe not the most tactical approach to use bare arms or faces on nighttime missions.

    Kind a stupid!

    5. The map, can we get different colors on questionmarks and safehouses, PLEASE!
Its easy to miss out some locations if they are black and dont change color.

And whats up whith the A.I?, you can only give simple commands to squadmembers
And they cant drive vehicles, no i would like a "lonewolf" mode, to cut these braindead farts out of the equation, in nine times out of ten i dont need them anyway. And that maybe can help freeing up some calculationspeed for the overall game instead.

I did buy several games this month, and i have to mention that GRW sure has a potential, but lack features that should have been a nobrainer.

And after playing NHZD this game (GRW) seem to trivial to compare

You should have looked at the competition when it comes to openworld gaming. Whats the point with large areas and vistas if you can not reach them.

Well i found a few more bugs, people thats stuck in the rockface. Cant kill people up close. Cant jump a simple woodbeam on a roof. And yeah, a minigun that cant shoot through a barrel.

    This just gets worse, geez

I agree it would be nice, but is it "really bad" we don't have it? I don't think so.

Lol... At least actual special forces are playing your game Ubi... Tell me, how many games include a combat roll? And, in how many of those games are they necessary? (Don't mention ANY of the Dark Souls games...) Is it idiotic to add a feature that is somewhat moot? Or would it be idiotic to leave a somewhat moot feature out?

Totally agree helicopters were a total and complete miss... No reason to reinvent the wheel. As we can all clearly see, a square is not better...

I play co-op only, but agree team should have some customization at the very least... However, my advice is to catch a friend and ditch the AI anyway.

See my advice prior. Ditch AI. I am playing the game through with 1 friend in a two crew team. In my opinion, this is the most fun I will have with this title.

Comparing games is a wasted effort. "this game should be like that game" is never a winning argument. Games are games are games, and each one has its pros and cons. Enjoy them for what they are or don't. You have a few valid gripes, the rest are not in my opinion. At least not valid enough for a game developer to take time to explain to you why they chose not to include a jump or roll mechanic into their game... Helicopters and AI are where you should focus your effort as you will have many others with you in agreement. The other stuff... meh... I don't see the huge problem you do...

Well its difficult not to compare this with other openworld games, like action, stealth, graphics, sound, and tactics.

To me the older GR games are still better, even if they lack the nextgen graphics.
I remember when i played the first GR on a ****ty computer, but loved every minute of it. Sneaking in the grass, lining up the tangos for thee one shot. Priceless.

    Sure, GRW have its moments.

But its broken and whats make me mad are the facts that the developers count on the good graces of the customers and try after a while to maybe fix it with a patch. But what would they do if the internet still were slow or laggy?

I really hate this sh!t, allmost every time, does not matter if its, Ubi, EA, Activision and so forth. YUCK!

But, kudos for your points and remarks. I sure wont buy a sequal if there ever will be any. Ghost Recon died here for me.

I let the "Battlefield" series die for me... the franchise kept changing, and I didn't like the changes... I spent probably thousands of dollars on that franchise, and it all stopped with BF1. Most of my friends don't care, and haven't disowned me (thoug hthe grand majority of my friends list is from BF... We still play other titles together. EA doesn't care... tons of people still buy their products. That is more of a personal decision that really in the end will mostly only effect the person making the decision.

I enjoy the game for what it is. As I said, I am playing with 1 other (my wife) and it is fun. I wish death/mistakes were punished harder... as is we both die and no big deal. We respawn 100 meters away and try again... But it sure is fun when we get busted trying to get away, or stand ground and fight. And it is a type of fun that I don't get in any other game right now. I also believe wholly the joy I am having is strictly because of how we are playing (2 person crew), and who I am playing with (I love my wife, and she plays games... this game was actually her idea to purchase for the co-op experience) and I have always rather human teams to AI, even if it reduces our numbers from 4 to 2.

Yeah, tell me about it, it went down with BF2 for me, sure i bought BF4 on ps4, but just for the campaign. Dice are masters on both graphics and sound. The weaponsound are to die for. I have to give them that.

To be a such a big IP like Ghost Recon, Wildlands had big clothes to fill, and it went straight down. The sound of the weapons are just, bleak, i invested in a really big entertainmentsystem, with quad 12" 2000watt subs. And it just sound, umph, not BOOM, even the division sounds better.

And for me the dealbreaker would be, not the glitches or bugs, cause that comes with the territory in many cases, but only if you rush a release like this.

No the real dealbreak are the lack of a jumpfeature, the broken controls of the helos, the weather not beeing real dark at night when you use the nvgs.

Those remarks are the most importent to me. But theres more of course.

I'm enjoying the single player game regardless of the dumb AI, I would however like the option to actually select 'single player' so as not to keep getting the annoying ' click here to join co-op' every few minutes.

Jumping, try jumping into a boat next to a dock- you can't so you end up in the water and then have to swim and click to get aboard

the helos always seem to start off perfectly fine but after a while they seem to refuse to rise higher so you end up crashing into the side of a hill

Is there some bug in the points system ? I'm sure that sometimes I have maybe 6 points to use so I select an option that uses just 2 and then the other 4 are gone as well

I haven't used a boat yet... but I could see that being a problem.

When in the helicopter, once you have forward momentum, if you want to climb, pull back to angle the nose upward. Only do a little at a time to not stall/flail/whatever these things do... I don't crash them, but I can only use them for transport. The controls are too jacked to be effective as weapons for me...

I haven't had issue with the skill system like you are describing. Only level 5 at this point, but everything there has worked as advertised.
