After playing an hour or so I closed the game as my Ubisoft club rewards were not showing up. I thought maybe re opening the game might help. When I opened the game back up, it was as if I hadn't opened it before. Anyone else experienced issues with this?

Yeah, i'm getting this exact problem too. Tried reinstalling it and verifying game files but to no avail. Every time I open the game I have to go through the hud and brightness settings and character creation again.
