    Same issue for me

    I'm having the same problem as the rest of you. It would be nice if Ubisoft responded to let us know they're aware of the issue and will be correcting it.

    It would be even nicer if they gave us the codes for all the unlockable rewards due to the inconvenience.

    Hate to pile on, but......

    Same thing. ALSO the rewards made me PURCHASE them again. Used rewards points back on the 17th and had to use MORE rewards points to get the same ones again. It should have been a one time thing. Had to open a support case of that. IDK what is going on but a lot of things appear to not be working right.

    Same here, I tried to redeem two codes and they are invalid apparently. Worse, I didnt right down the codes for future reference. So if Ubisoft gets it working, I just lost out on 500 reward points.
