2x EVGA GTX 1080 Classifieds in SLI mode BROKEN

I have ran a single EVGA GTX1080 Classified and had almost everything cranked to ULTRA and I was seeing on average in the mid-50 FPS, it would even max out at 60FPS. I just bought a second card exactly the same model and made sure to follow Ubisofts recommended SLI guide found here because their site does say it support SLI mode cards. https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/000026296/How-to-set-up-SLI-for-Ghost-Recon-Wildlands

Once it was all setup I fired up the game and I can not get over 15FPS now. I did some minor troubleshooting like disabling the SLI mode and things went right back up to mid-50 FPS. I then also enabled it again and reduced everything down to "Medium" settings and now I see the game in the low-40FPS.

I just opened a ticket with Ubisoft and spent almost an hour on their Support Chat and the guy literally couldn't help, so he sent me a long email with things I need to capture and send off to their support.

Users on the Steam forums are posting the same problems over there with SLI support.

@UBISOFT SUPPORT THIS ISSUE HAS TO BE KNOWN AND STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING. JUST READ THE DAMN FORUMS AND SEE OTHERS ARE EXPERIENCING IT. I WILL POST THIS ON NVIDIA and STEAMS FORUMS ALSO TO GET THE AWARENESS OUT THERE.

    Thanks.

I work for a very large Sales Network company (Vendor wise that is) and as a Systems Engineer for over 12 years in the field and having to deal with customers, support and DEV all the time I get it. At least our company for the most part keeps our SUPPORT staff included in issues like this through a backend knowledge base so the support guys don't look like complete idiots.

    I have the same problem.

Single benchmark : 52 FPS, 35.8 CPU load 99% Gpu load
Sli : 59 fps!! 47.4 cpu nad 76% gpu load.

both times the gpu(s) didn't go over 50C.

Makes no difference to my system at all - literally running maybe 10/15 fps - even with the alternate frame rendering set to two - the game only seems to recognize that I have one graphics card

Does everyone remember batman arkham knight and all the negative press it received over issues that were far less in nature then this, and somehow steam is still giving this game good reviews ... how the **** is that? I mean come on everyone and there mother is crashing to desktop freezing frame rate drops as well as a **** load of other issues and we still give this game thumbs up .... we are a doomed humanity and deserved to be nuked.
