Im experiencing very slow loading times in Wildlands. The first loadup (map) is 7-8 minutes, all of the textures are blurry, the weapons are invisible, etc. After 2-3 minutes its working just fine, but the overall loading time to boot up the map is 15 minutes... I have a pretty mediocre, but good rig (GTX 960 4GB, 8 GB RAM, i5 4460). There is no programs in the background, and my system is clean. What can i do about this?

Yeah, my brother's PC even has a small loading time in the menus. It got a little bit better after a system restart, but I literally just cleaned his hard drive the day before the game came out. There's no reason it should be this slow.
I understand the world is pretty dang big, and I respect the general lack of loading screens after the initial load, but to have slow menu interaction? Something is going on here, and it's not just the fact that he's using a HDD and not a SSD.
