    Website Rewards not awarded

    Over the course of the last few months I've slowly been "purchasing" the rewards off of the website (sweepstakes and the in-game bear, dragon, skull patch, etc.) and only today I realized that I have never received any sort of confirmation via email. The purchases show in Dashboard, and the credit count has been charged each time. But only today when I purchased the Skull & Bones patch (PC) did I actually get any sort of code to enter into Uplay (no confirmation email, only a popup window on the website from the purchase that included a code) and have it show up in game.

    Did I miss something? Or is this a website bug, game bug etc?

    I have purchased all of the patch rewards too over time, but also have not received them. Plus these rewards aren't even available anymore.

    Err scratch that last part. They are available again, but they've changed them up. Some come with boosters and the like now.

    They are available in-game however, they are locked and "Use a Key to unlock this item"

    one of my codes gave me the wrong Item and no booster, I got the code for the cross saber patch with booster, it gave me the lion patch without booster......... very annoying

    Cappy - funny thing, I got my email almost right after posting this thread. But (see further) not quite what I ordered xD

    Wolf - Same here man, although I *think* I got the lion patch w/booster and I only wanted the saber patch. I emailed Ubisoft support... I'm not sure if I had 2 or 3 boosters before inputting codes or not so it's hard to tell.
