Lawbringer Post Patch
So I mained lawbringer since it was available to play, and I absolutly disagreed with anyone saying it needed a buff in the past.
The main reason people cried for buffs is that they played the class wrong, it says counter attack but in reality if you played him hyper agro you'd win most of your fights. The trick was to never use a light attack, ever, but insted chain heavy attack combos with pushes and grabs, always be on the offense and only defend if youre out of stamina.
Noticed how I used the past tence?
My KDR before the patch was around 3.1 ish, now its 1,6.
Why? Because I killed maybe 2-3 people in a multitude of matches the last 2 days.
How? Well I noticed the unblockable attacks are now ALL blockable with the exclusion of push (dash forward, guardbreak). And for some reason people simply hit me while they are being pushed back. I.E any player with half a brain figures out they can just spam attacks on you, since all of a sudden we're to slow to change defense direction.
Not that you can get any unblockable attack going anyway, since they require you to hit at least 1 heavy attack. You used to be able to get this attack in by guard breaking them or shoving them, now with the beta system back in place, you wont hit a single guard break ever.
But this is not me complaining about removing the old system, lawbringers are (by design) unplayable in the current patch. The only viable playstyle currently is to guard, hope they make a mistake and you can parry into a light attack, wich hits for a 3rd of 1 life bar...... wich is apearntly the inteded way to play this character.
Rip 40-50k steel I wasted on getting the perfect stats, transmog them on the best looking gear and then upgrade it to 108. Guess Ill try this PK light attack spam everyone keeps complaining about, they buffed that so I guess thats inteded aswell.
