Hello,
I posted my thoughts from the closed/open beta about plenty of issues along with a major concerns with the (What feels like) slap-dash skills and lack there of good skills. I can say that half of the skills are redundant for the most part even when playing on the highest difficulty.
- The squad skill tree is pretty much useless if you're not playing with AI.
- Most of the skill points related to drones are useless because it's cooldown is too quick, and too useful from the get-go.
I know we could pose the whole reasoning as "We are elite soldiers" so it would be silly to feel weak from the start but the skills really feel lack luster, and could easily have been improved, reduced, reworked and added many many more if they wanted some longevity in this game.
i agree on the drones.
i feel, that they could even make it, that you would carry only 3 drones and would need to stock up on drones after missions. ideally you could collect your drones after the flight, to use it again...
with the unlimited supply and suepr fast cooldown, the drone updates aren't really that important...
I personally love the fact they took out the normal FPS/3PS mechaninc of holding your breath to replace it with a contrived "steady aim" perk in the skill tree.
Really good, well thought out decision. 10/10 top marks Ubisoft.
Though this is what you get when a dev goes to sh!t, they try to appeal to the most amount of people to get the most sales, integrity doesn't even enter the equation. So ridiculous mechanics that have no place in a Ghost Recon game are forced in, horrible vehicle mechanics to make the game "easy" for the 5 year olds that shouldn't even be playing the game and microtransactions to leech extra cash off their full priced "AAA" game.
Can you tell I'm a tad salty? :P
Only reason I own this POS is because my clan plays it.
