Nobushi and Valkyrie have the most complex and advanced movesets so it has to be them.

    Lawbringer.
His kit requires to utilize every option the game has to offer.
    Parrying - esp. light attacks
    Faints to fish for parries
    Environmental usage
    Stamina game
Range and Zoning (he has decent range moves and good close combat moves)

No other class relies so heavily on reacting and controlling your opponent in relation to you and your environment.
    (Ledgebringers gonna ledge)
Imho Lawbringer has the highest skill ceiling, you just not get sufficiently rewarded for it atm.

I agree, I love Lawbringer but you have to work so hard for wins while other classes can spam lights and destroy you.

Hmn the answer to this is honestly relative, you could say raider because he has so few tools to use you have to have solid fundamentals and understanding of other chars and how they work to be able to fight effectively. It's not just throw out UB's and stunning taps and hope for the best. Lawbringer requires learning to parry light attacks consistently to get best results a lot of LB's still don't even know parrying a light will give you blind justice for free and habits built up from other chars can complicate things. LB having shove off a block is something that takes getting used to.

Zerker definitely is up there as dash canceling is unique to zerker and not something you'd do intuitively learning your windows for cancels and when to use them takes practice.

I wouldn't label valk a high skill char because she's relatively easy to use on a basic level and be successful.
