i got wildlands for free when i bought my 1080 gtx graphics card, but i want to figure out where i can find the key so i can activate it on steam aswell

ive tried account information, right clicking on the game itself, order history is empty

That is just how to redeem the unique code for the chosing of For Honor or Wildlands. I've already done this

It is, but I need the activation key from the game itself so I can add it into my steam account aswell.

The NVidia promotion was for Uplay copies of the game. You won't be able to add it to your Steam library.
