What is the complaint with matchmaking?
it's known there is no elo-rating system in the game and it can't match-make based on gear because you don't select your hero until you have already joined the session.

Best fix imo is switch off gear stats...

Does the gear score really matter? Cause I have heroic gear upgraded to level 16, the only stat I can see a little boost to is sprint speed and revenge meter. Health pool seems to be the same, So how much of a advantage is the higher gear score really? I have beaten people with 108 heroic gear score and have lost to people with common gear.

It makes a pretty big difference man, but that doesn't mean they are invincible either, just req more skill to beat them that's all
