Cannot buy in-game credits or anything from Uplay store | Forums

Just turn off the uplay overlay.. then if you buy any credits the website will popup. This is the only way to fix it ATM. And Ubisoft hasn't attempted to fix anything with their overlay that nearly blocks EVERYTHING, including their own store from working . I bet once they figure out they're loosing a lot of money on Ghost Recon Wildland's, they'll fix it, won't they. But seeing how this has been going on for nearly 3+ years from the dates of these previous posts, I don't think they're worried about in-game micro transactions hindering their profit anytime soon. Either turn off the overlay, or save the money for something else.

when i turn off the overlay and go into rb6 to buy credits, nothing then shows up for buying the credits at all, no new window or anything

Hi there! You should only have the Uplay and Steam overlay enabled if you own the game through Steam. If you own the game through Uplay, you need the Uplay overlay enabled. Make sure you do not have any other overlay programs enabled and disable extra background applications. This issue is often also tied to connection issues, so we recommend this FAQ.

Unfortunately this does NOT work for me. I'm trying to buy the medium credits pack (€19,99 for 3840 Credits to get the sniper rifle pack) I got the money on my steam wallet and even if I put on the overlay for Uplay and/or Steam it throws back an unknown error happened, please try again later.

Hey tsv-strife! I checked your account and noticed you were able to purchase a pack according to our backend tool. I can see there were some issues as well in previous purchases. Please reach out to your regional shop team for an investigation.

Same problem, cant buy games. in the payment window when you click confirm and pay there is that circle that keeps just spinning.

My 10 dollar purchase went through but when trying to get the 600 credits from the store
it finishes then i just get a bank white screen everytime
