Hey all,

I've noticed that running out of stamina (exhaustion) really doesn't do anything detrimental to a player, and they recover too fast for it to really mean anything at all. At this point, all it does is slow the game down. Assassins in particular (seen by quite a few to be generally stronger than other characters) have an advantage in this despite their high stamina costs (such as peacekeeper) since they can just dodge backwards once they run out of stamina until they recover. There's very little counter play to it, with your only real option being to go for guard breaks.

I suggest we make exhaustion do more, subtly bringing assassins down in line with heavier characters, but also making dodge and parry less useful, so the defensive meta would be shaken a bit.

---Parry is not useable while exhausted
---Dodge has a short windup before the dodge actually happens, and the dodge itself is a bit slower while exhausted

Being exhausted should be a bad thing, but as it stands its just a small nuisance that gets in the way of the game and any smart player will not let him/herself be taken advantage of while their stamina is gone.

Obviously not being able to parry while exhausted would make on-command unblockables like the Raider's zone attack extremely effective, borderline ridiculous. I would need to think of a solution to that particular problem.

As a side note, Revenge mode unblockable moves shouldn't throw people to the ground. It's stupid.
