I cannot collect any of the laptop hack intel, interrogation intel or picture intel. My operator will just stand there forever either typing on the laptop, holding the captive with my pistol next to his head or holding his phone up to the documents all depending on which intel I'm trying to get. He never finishes or stops unless I press my right mouse button (aim) and I am never able to gather any of the intel. When I play multiplayer I have gotten stuck on intel like this, gotten off by pressing RMB and had teammates grab it and it works for them, for some reason it just doesn't work for me. Please help, I am missing out on so much content just because I cannot collect any of these!

The issue appears to be due to you not being prompted to choose which kind of intel to collect. Do you have your HUD limited? Try enable Notifications and Input reminders in the settings.

I had this problem as well, but I just did some troubleshooting and it seems that you need to have "Notifications" shown on the HUD for the Intel-choices to come up! O.o
