Squad just sits there and does nothing when I order an assault while in a vehicle. Very annoying when I was trying to take out a convoy.

Don't bother with it. Though they can oneshot everything with sync or those very rare moments they actually follow you into combat instead of [edit] in a bush 100 yards away, they can not hit the broad side of a barn while firing from a vehicle. Not even if you stand still and the enemy stands in the open road just a few yards away.

That's not been my experience. This morning, they disabled a convoy from a helicopter despite my poor piloting. Sounds like it was just a situational glitch.

They need to have something to shoot, or they wont shoot.

lol I'm literally right next to the vehicles. My squad just pops out the windows and does nothing(even the dude on the minigun wouldn't do anything).
