Hi im writing cause i load my ghost recon for the first time
and he dont load says:
Direct x error please visit https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/games/5102 for more information and troubleshooting

im uzing windows 10 and i have direct x 12 i check if theres any update and nothing apear

any idea whow to fix it? direct x on windows 10 come on the update if i delet it i dunno
whow to install it again =C
i try load on admin mode and whit compatibility and nothing

Yeah, I'm having the exact same problem. Running Windows 10 and Direct X 12. Got the same error message and still have no idea how to get it fixed. =\

Me too, I used Window10 with DirectX version 12. After I start to play Wildlands then the massage popup show DirectX error Please visit https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Games/5102

I cannot the way to fix this problems from UBI support. Please support us to find out the way.

Here's what to do:

Type "Documents" in your search bar in the bottom left
Open it

Open "My Games"

Delete "Ghost Recon Wildlands" folder

Finally, restart your computer.

Open the game and it should work

Hi Support

Just did a update check on Win10 and found there's an update.. 2018-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4093105)

Let's see after this update is I still get the DirectX error / 5102 error.

Note: I can work round issue by running the dxsetup in the windlands install/support folder.. but I don't want to keep doing this to play the game.
