When we start the multiplayer mode, give us a prompt to reconnect to previous game after a disconnection.

Would love this.
Was having a great game last night, winning Dominion, 9-1 on the Scoreboard, got to the enemy break and ... Network Error.
Re-queued as fast as possible in the hope it might somehow put me back in the same match, but no, brand new game. Sucks.
Plenty of other games let you reconnect to the same session, but I don't know about Ubi and their P2P stuff, might not work well with their setup.
Technically there is no server for your to rejoin like in other games.
