I am able to remap forward and reverse to numpad 8 and 2, and it allows me to remap left and right to numpad 4 and 6. In the game however I am only able to move forward and backward with the remapped keys. Left and right are still mapped to A and D.

It was in beta too, just with the bikes for me.

Remap the keys, but since you can't click on back. Just ESC out to the game and the key mapping will be saved. Already found that out this morning, but noticed I map the key and it stayed regardless of hitting the back arrow lower right.
