    "For honor" Need Help with my Case

    Hello Ubisoft,

    Created a supportcase back to march 2nd and updated march 3rd with dxdiags and msinfo and have still to recieve any support.
    Ticket said you would get back to me within 48 hours and this is well beyond 48 hours now.

    That is the standard behavior from them, unfortunately... I once had a ticket regarding ASC Unity and I had to wait 3 weeks. They only reacted because I permanently asked again and again. Now I have a Ticket open again since Feb 27th. No reaction, still stated as new. That is really pitifully! Has even the status of your ticket changed?

    Havent noticed what status ticket started in. All it says atm is "IN PROGRESS
    We are working on your case"

    But im skeptical since I have no whatsoever feedback from them
